Opportunity: PhDs in the UK on urban studies

Three ESRC PhD studentships for full-time study commencing in October 2013 are available at the Universities of York, Sheffield and Leeds in the UK as part of the White Rose Doctoral Training Centre ESRC Network on the Urban Housing Experience in the Age of Austerity.

Application deadline 23.59pm on 24th March 2013

Each student will be supervised by two members of academic staff, one each from two of the partner universities. Students will register at one university but will have access to the research facilities of the partner institutions. The three studentships are as follows:

1) THE INCIDENCE AND SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND NEIGHBOURHOOD EFFECTS OF INVOLUNTARY HOME MOVES (York)
